§  How can I make a Return?

 

To return a product, it needs to be on its original packaging and unused 14 days after receiving it. To contact us to arrange returns or exchange, send an e-mail to [email protected] or send us an DM on our Instagram account with the explanation of the problem.

 

§  Do I have to pay the return?

 

You will be responsible for paying the return delivery. To send you the product back, we practice the same policies used when purchasing.

 

§  How can I pay the order?

 

We accept Credit Cards with Stripe and Paypal for payment of orders. 

 

§  How much do I have to wait to receive my order?

 

The processing time for an order is usually 2-3 days. If you have not received your order within 1-4 weeks, please contact us. Due to the pandemic situation we are in, some deliveries have been delayed.

 

§  Fees and Taxes

 

We are not responsible for any applicable customs fees and import taxes in the country of destination.

 

§  How can I track my order?

 

When you place an order, an email will be sent with the tracking code and the respective website link to search. If you can´t locate the email, please check your spam folder.
